Refund policy

At Zibilo, we want you to love your handcrafted purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your item, please contact us via our Contact Us page within 30 days of purchase.

During the holiday season (for purchases made between November and January), we extend our return period to 60 days to offer you more flexibility.

Items must be returned in new condition and must not have been opened or used. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the merchandise, we will process the refund. Generally, the amount will be credited back to your bank account within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

If you ever experience a quality issue with your product, now or in the future, we will gladly replace it.

Please note that each item is handmade and may feature slight variations in color, texture, or design, making every piece unique.

Sale and clearance items are final sale. No exchanges or refunds.
